Toolpresse was created in 2001 with the aim of responding to the growing needs of the automotive industry in Europe. They supply stamped metal parts, final assemblies and sub-assemblies, components for pedals and crossbars, among others. They identified Odoo as a robust solution for managing their series production and APQP projects.

eTUK Factory

Activity: Manufacture of electric vehicles

Location: Oporto - Portugal

Etuk Factory was founded in 2008, starting its activity with Tuk Tuk hire. Today, it is a company that develops and manufactures 100% electric vehicles for the world market, and its mission is to collaborate towards a greener and more sustainable environment. Odoo was the key solution found for the integrated management of the company's processes, such as the engineering process, component management, assembly process and the entire financial area. With Etuk Factory's operations spread over three countries, experience with international realities is a determining factor in Smart Improve Consulting's support.

360 imprimir was founded in 2013 with the aim of helping and inspiring SMEs to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy. Innuos was founded in 2009 with the ambition of changing conventional thinking about digital music as a source. Through the precise combination of customised hardware, in-house developed software and the Sense App, they develop their range of innovative Hi-Fi products with the aim of unlocking the full potential of digital music playback.

In Portugal since 1998, Abilways is a European company specialising in skills development and learning solutions. Faced with the main need for integration between systems, Odoo was the perfect tool to offer multi-level and multi-app integration. Integrating sales with project operations, invoicing and accounting are the critical points of daily management, as well as reporting needs. In a second phase, Odoo will help integrate the website and landing pages with the management of training events offered by Abilways Portugal.​.

Sinepower

Sinepower develops, produces and sells power equipment for various industries. They offer their products worldwide, with a strong focus on the aviation and naval industries. 

Odoo was the solution chosen for the integrated management of the company's processes. Together with Smart Improve Consulting, an evolution in the use of Odoo was structured to optimise Sinepower's processes, particularly in production management, financial management and human resources.

With over 40 years of existence and as the main supplier to the yachting industry in Poland and Europe, Kotniz produces all types of stainless steel and aluminium metal parts for sailboats and motorboats, both for shipyards and individual customers.

As a company with subsidiaries in several countries, they found Odoo to be the perfect tool to increase the group's management capacity.​

Activity: Development and implementation of autonomous solutions

Founded in 2017, Sensei is Europe's leading provider of autonomous shops, with a secure and reliable AI-based solution that enables retailers to create efficient operations and provide a seamless shopping experience. 

The first phase of Odoo's implementation was aimed at managing the supply chain for the hardware needed to install the different autonomous solutions.

Having started operations in Brazil in 2002, C-Pack is currently the market leader in Latin America in the production of creative, innovative and high-quality packaging for various segments. With the aim of expanding its production to Europe, C-Pack has invested in the creation of new assembly lines in Portugal.

Smart Improve Consulting was the partner chosen to adapt Odoo to the Portuguese tax system for all financial management and salary processing, as well as to support the C-Pack team in integrating the other production areas, with the aim of using 100 per cent of Odoo's functionalities for the management of the Portuguese factory.

Re-Uz is an international brand that manufactures and markets reusable plastic packaging. Focussed on the sustainability of their processes, they offer washing services for their products and seek a close relationship between their supply chain and the end customer.

Seven cArtú belongs to the José Neves business group, a market leader in offering global packaging solutions. The company was founded with the aim of producing an innovative corrugated board, cArtú®, used in various applications and eliminating conventional multi-material solutions (foam, bubble wrap, etc.).  

With the recent creation of the company, the need arose to find a new platform to centralise the entire operation, with the capacity to scale and support a multi-company environment. With the support of Smart Improve Consulting, ERP Odoo was the solution chosen, with the structuring of a phased implementation project.
